At Jones Nuttall we are closely monitoring the situation around COVID-19 and we are following Government and World Health Organisation advice along with NHS and Public Health bodies’ guidelines. Our primary concern is always the safety of our people and of all those we work with. We are supporting our people in taking all the appropriate precautions. As the situation changes, our focus will remain on keeping our people safe, whilst continuing to offer the excellent service and support that our customers have come to expect of us.
At Jones Nuttall we are closely monitoring the potential impact that this situation could have on our supply chain and business operations and taking the appropriate measures to minimise any effect this may have on manufacture and delivery. We understand that you will likely be taking similar precautionary measures to protect your people and operations. We ask that should your operations or delivery timeframes be impacted in any way due to this situation that you kindly inform us immediately, so that we are best able to assess the effect this might have on our operations and how we deliver to our customers.
Putting the safety of our people first, non-business critical travel has been restricted, which can include visits to customers, partners and suppliers. From Monday 23rd March until the foreseeable future we will be restricting visitors to our sites. Unannounced visitors will not be allowed access to our premises. Only visitors & contractor’s essential to our operation will be permitted on site. We’ll instead be using technology (Skype, video and teleconference etc.) to communicate wherever possible and practicable. We’ll let you know if this may impact you in advance, and thank you for your understanding, if this is the case.
We deeply value our relationship with our customers and suppliers and want to assure you that we’re taking the necessary steps to protect you, our people, our operations and the services we provide. We have updated our risk assessment and have ensured none of our staff are currently using public transport to get to and from work. We have also enhanced our cleaning procedures and are encouraging the 1 metre distancing advice within our premises.
Regards,
Mark Jones
